Kerry: U.S. and Russia agree on framework that, if fully implemented, could mean elimination of Syria's chemical weapons

This is a welcome development. The part of diplomacy I insist is the best option. And this has shown that power equalization era is rebooting once more in international politics.....unilateral actions especially military has, often led to aggravation of sufferings and loss of lives. That not withstanding, Syrian government has to come of out irrational stance on her beloved people and halt if not do away with ,if there are,chemical stockpiles.
